Traktor 3 Recording mit Mackie D.4 Pro
11. Oktober 2008Ein Traktor Scratch bzw. Traktor Dj Studio 3 zertifizierter Firewire Mischer sollte es leisten, die Timecode Vinyls ohne zusätzliche Soundkarte zu erkennen sowie gleichzeitig den Mix vom Mischpult MAIN OUT aufzunehmen (recorden).
Nach langem tüfteln und erfolglosem Foren durchkämmen habe ich nun endlich eine Lösung gefunden. Somit wird die Audio DJ 8 Soundkarte (zumindest zu Hause) überflüssig.
Zunächst sollten die Turntables an die oberen beiden PGM 1 und PGM 2 angeschlossen sein. Zu beachten ist, dass der Umschalter auch auf Phono gestellt wurde und die Kanäle 1 und 2 auf Firewire stehen.

Das Mischpult kann u.a. AUX Signale und den Main OUT via Firewire routen. Das können wir uns zu nutzen machen und Channel D INPUT die Kanäle 12 und 13 des Pultes zuordnen.

Bei den Recording Optionen entsprechend Channel D zur Aufnahme wählen und schon sollte alles, was den Mischer verlässt im Traktor 3 internen Audio Recorder aufgenommen werden.
